The insanity that is school.

So school has been interesting, full time school and full time work has put me to my wits end. Kinda regretting signing up for summer classes, but in the end it will be worth it.
So just starting to get some free time to continue improving my illustration skills, which I will be needing in my next set of graphic classes. Sadly those classes come right after all the MATH classes *sigh*.
I am hoping to have some new things to post so I can track my progress of improvement, and to show it off a bit.

Back to school

So for the past 5 month's I have been going back to school, I have decided 10 years doing my current job was more then enough torture for me. I have signed up for my Bachelor's in Graphic Design and will be doing my concentration in Web Design...with a few extra's thrown in to give me the tools to go after what I see as the future of design.
I will say this, it's been 20 years since I last attended college and wow I have a lot to relearn; skills, habits you name it, all the while still working my full time job.
Before I talked about time management, now I really need to take it seriously. This will make or break me and I have no intention of breaking yet.
Well back to homework, with finals coming up it seems the professors really do compete with who can royally screw you first.

Time Management

I really really need to take time management more seriously, I mean at least update my journal or upload something so that I appear active.
That and I need more confidence in making my accomplishments public.
Central air died at the beginning of summer, so been using window fans to try to keep things habitable, the thing about my house the way it's designed it refuses to let heat escape, great for winter horrible for summer. The temperature hits 72f outside and the house will stay at 88f for the rest of the evening with all fans going.
And fixing the cursed thing just cannot exist in this year's budget. So just need to deal with it, fall will be here soon enough.
Ah well more to come.

Weekend goals.

Ok, goals for this weekend will be to finish inking The Maiden picture so I can start adding flat colors.
Also I want to finish sketching out the WIP - No idea, and get that scanned in.
Hoping setting goals will assist me in time management.
